7-Day Return Policy

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 7 days of delivery.

Return Conditions

• Product must be unused and in original packaging
• Original tags and labels intact
• Receipt/order number required

How to Return

1. Login to your account and go to 'My Orders'
2. Click 'Request Return' on the eligible order
3. Wait for confirmation (within 24 hours)
4. Pack the product and our courier will pick it up

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days:

• Bank/Card payment: Refunded to original payment method
• bKash/Nagad: Refunded to original wallet
• COD: Bank transfer to your provided account

Non-Returnable Items

Beauty/cosmetics (opened), undergarments, food items, gift cards are non-returnable for hygiene/safety reasons.
